Great service goes rewarded in the form of success and lifelong supporters. On the flip side, many carpet cleaners treat you like they don't care if they ever see you again. They'll tell you one price over the phone and charge you more when the job is done. They are trained to look for ways to up sell the customer once they are in the home. Finally, the end result is routinely poor. Carpet is left over-wet, stiff to the touch, and attracts dirt really fast. It doesn't matter to the carpet cleaning company, they've already scored big on the front end. They continually search for new "blood. Instead of creating lifelong supporters they produce victims.
